Taylor Stout began his real estate career in early 1990. After a brief stint working in the commercial field, he decided to specialize in residential real estate sales in the Memorial area of Houston. By 1997, Taylor was helping people buy and sell homes in Memorial, Katy, West Houston, and Sugar Land. In 2000, he founded his own real estate company, Stout & Associates Real Estate Services, L.C. His company affiliated with Weichert Realtors in 2005.
Taylor’s focus on the residential market has allowed for better interaction with clients, and has enhanced his commitment to personalized service. Approaching his 20th year in the real estate business, Taylor’s vast experience includes new home sales, custom homes, resale, build-your-own-lot, and remodeling. This span of real estate knowledge provides a wealth of information for clients looking to make wise decisions.

Educational Background
Taylor grew up in Lufkin, Texas and attended Trout Elementary, Intermediate and Lufkin Junior High West before moving to Houston. He graduated from Memorial Senior High School. Taylor earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He is a proud Texas Aggie, class of 1986, and a member of the Association of Former Students. He also holds an MDiv from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he trained as a lay leader in Biblical Studies. Taylor has completed real estate courses and advanced designations at Texas A&M University, Champion School of Real Estate, Kaplan School (formerly The Real Estate School) and the Houston Association of Realtors.
